I am Dr Rajat Basak, ENT and Head and Neck Cancer Surgeon ( EX CMC VELLORE). Mr Brijesh ji has done excellent work and given excellent support in serving the patients in this area of Newtown. Last week one of my friend Dr Nishant Jha Radiologist has called me that his brother has ear pain and want to visit me. I was very busy that day and told him to visit another hospital in the morning. But Mr Arihant Jha denied to visit me in that hospital as he ws busy in his work. I gave time of 7 pm to come to SRL as I stay nearby. But i had to attend few emergency patients and my schedule was delayed. I thought I could make up but I was late by almost more than 1 hour. I requested the patient brother to visit me next day. I sent him the medicine over phone temporarily to relieve pain. I apologised for being late. I think this Arihant guy is too smart or too lazy to come out of the house and meet me in hospital and want a personal doctor. His brother Dr Nishant is a radiologist who seldom sees patients. So don't blame Agilus for that and for smart people like Arihant, we are working 24 hours, if u feel frustrated, post ur frustation at home, not at agilus. U are a rookie.. First be mature and then comment on us. Rest in peace. Arijant is the guy, his brother is Dr Nishant Jha. Don't try to defame others, we know we are in continous service. In case any patient want to visit me in SRL,they can come after 9 pm. Till then I remain busy in surgeries and opd.
