Established in 1995, Agilus Diagnostics is India’s largest diagnostic laboratory network by geographic presence, with a pan-India reach across 27 states and 5 Union Territories. Previously known as SRL Diagnostics, Agilus has built a strong legacy of quality, expertise, and trust among patients, doctors, and healthcare providers.

In FY26, Agilus performed 39 million tests and served 16.3 million patients, supported by 1 Global Reference Laboratory in Mumbai and 5 Regional Reference Laboratories in Gurugram, Bengaluru, Chennai, Kolkata, and Cochin.

In 2023, SRL transitioned to Agilus Diagnostics, marking a new chapter focused on agility, accuracy, innovation, and evolving consumer needs. As of March 2025, Agilus had 42 NABL-accredited laboratories, 1 NABL & CAP-accredited laboratory, and 1 CAP-accredited laboratory.
